Job tracking for talent and supporting artist agencies
Every shoot date in RosterDeck carries its own workflow stepper. It shows which steps are done, which one is next and the count behind each, from adding cast to the timesheet production submits at wrap. Nobody has to update it: it fills itself in from the emails your team sends and the replies that come back.
Eight steps from first cast to final timesheet
What ticks each step, the count it keeps for you, and where a click on it takes you.

Job completeThe timesheet for the date
In the app each step is a compact dot, so the date rows stay clear. Hover over one for its name and counts, as in the dark boxes above.
Know where every booking stands without asking
See where every date is up to
Open a job and each date shows what is done and what is next. No asking round the office, and no working out whose inbox the replies went to.
Nothing to update by hand
Steps tick from what has actually happened: the emails your team sends, the replies artists give, production’s sign-off and the timesheet at wrap. Nobody has to keep it up to date.
The next action is one click away
Every step is a shortcut to the page where that work happens. Click Send Callsheet and the email sheet opens on that date with the Call Sheet template chosen.
Every date on its own
A three-day shoot has three steppers. One date can be wrapped while the next is still waiting on replies, and you see both at once.
Cover without a handover
Your whole team works from the same jobs. When a booker is off, anyone can open their jobs and see exactly where each date was left.
Steps that fit how you work
Request Approval is optional, and steps can be done out of order. The stepper records what has happened rather than forcing a sequence on you.
The same stepper on every page
The stepper follows the date through the pages your team uses to run it, so the next step is in view wherever you are.
Or just ask
Ask the assistant what is next on a job. It answers from the same stepper, date by date, and links you to the step.
Jobs
A stepper in every date row of the job, so a multi-day shoot reads at a glance.
Cast
On the date you are casting, so you can see what the shortlist is for.
Email
On every date as you send checks, bookings and call sheets.
Timesheets
On each date’s timesheet, through to Complete.
Where the stepper stops, the paperwork is already done
Complete means production has submitted the timesheet. Each artist is emailed their chit to approve, and once they have, you send the date to Xero or QuickBooks as a draft invoice for production and draft bills for your artists.

A demo account comes with a sample roster and jobs, so you can send checks, approvals and call sheets and watch the stepper fill in, without emailing a real artist.
