Grow your roster, on your terms
Networking Mode opens RosterDeck’s shared directory of artists who have chosen to be found. Browse their profiles, invite the ones you need and fill the jobs you would otherwise turn away. Or leave it off and keep your roster private: it stays off until you switch it on.
From your own roster to new faces in four steps
- 1
Build your own roster
Networking Mode opens once enough artists have accepted your invite and joined your roster. Only agencies with a roster of their own can browse, which keeps the network fair.
- 2
Switch it on
One switch on your Roster page. Once on, it stays on for at least 48 hours, so nobody can dip in and straight back out.
- 3
Browse and invite
See artists beyond your roster who have switched on Profile Visibility. Filter by gender, look, playing age and location, open any profile for every photo and measurement, then press Invite.
- 4
They accept and join
The artist gets an email, and the invite waits in their settings. Once they accept, they are on your roster with the profile they keep up to date themselves, ready to cast.
Why agencies switch it on
Say yes to more work
When production needs thirty more for Friday and your roster is booked solid, look beyond it instead of turning the job away.
Profiles that keep themselves current
Artists maintain their own photos, measurements and details. Nothing to re-key when they join, and it stays current for every agency that represents them.
Only artists who want to be found
Every artist in the directory switched on Profile Visibility themselves. It is off by default, and they can switch it off at any time.
They choose to join
Nobody lands on your roster until they accept your invite. Artists can work with more than one agency, and they decide.
Fair by design
It is reciprocal. Switch it on and the artists you represent gain the option to be found too. It is always their choice.
Private if you prefer
Networking Mode is off by default. Leave it off and your roster stays private, with everything else working as normal.
Prefer to keep your roster to yourself?
That’s fine. Networking Mode is off by default, and while it is off your roster stays private. Everything else works as normal: inviting artists directly, join links, jobs and bookings.
While it is off
- you can’t browse or invite from the directory, and
- artists who join RosterDeck for the first time through your invite aren’t shown the option to be found.
Always the artist’s choice
An artist can still choose to be found if a second agency represents them, or if they had a RosterDeck account before you invited them. If you switch Networking Mode off later, artists who already opted in stay listed by their own choice.
You vet who you invite
RosterDeck doesn’t vet artists in the directory. Right to Work, DBS, licences and any other checks are yours to make before you book.
