Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and standards that apply to all users of the RosterDeck platform, including Supporting Artists, Agents, and Casting Directors. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

By using RosterDeck, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

You may use RosterDeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these guidelines. Permitted uses include:

• Creating and maintaining an accurate talent or agency profile
• Searching for and booking Supporting Artists for legitimate productions
• Managing availability, bookings, and timesheets for genuine work engagements
• Communicating with other users in a professional and respectful manner
• Accessing and downloading your own data and documents

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform to:

Misrepresentation & Fraud

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile or during registration
• Impersonate any person, agency, production company, or other entity
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or platform limits
• Falsify availability, timesheets, or booking records

Harmful or Illegal Content

• Upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Share personal data of others without their consent
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable employment, equality, or data protection law

Platform Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or platform systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure

Harassment & Misconduct

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any form
• Engage in discriminatory behaviour based on age, gender, race, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam through platform communications

4. Content Standards

Any content you upload — including profile photos, documents, and messages — must be accurate, professional, and relevant to the purpose of the platform. Profile images must be a clear, recent likeness of the individual and must not contain watermarks, logos, or third-party branding without permission.

RosterDeck reserves the right to remove any content that, in our sole judgement, violates this AUP or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately at support@rosterdeck.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity or content that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@rosterdeck.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate appropriately.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take action including:

• Issuing a formal warning
• Temporarily suspending your account
• Permanently terminating your account without refund
• Removing content or restricting platform features
• Reporting activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law

We are not obligated to notify you before taking action if doing so would compromise an investigation or the safety of other users.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or industry practice. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
