How do I get help with RosterDeck?

If you already use RosterDeck, the quickest route is the assistant: open it from any page and ask. For anything it can’t sort out, email support@rosterdeck.com, or use the form under Settings → Support & Feedback, which lets you attach screenshots. Questions about credits, add-ons, receipts or your saved card go to billing@rosterdeck.com.

How do I bring my existing roster into RosterDeck?

From the Roster page you can add artists one at a time, upload a CSV of names and email addresses, or ask the assistant to invite them for you. Each artist is emailed an invitation and shows as pending until they accept. You can also share your agency’s join link so artists can apply to join you. Only artists who have joined can be cast, emailed or checked for availability.

How do I add colleagues to my agency’s account?

Accepted Answer

Under Settings → Team Management. There is no limit on the number of team members, and credits are shared across the whole agency. Only the primary agent can invite or remove colleagues. To move primary status to someone else, email support@rosterdeck.com.

How do I report a bug?

Accepted Answer

Use the form under Settings → Support & Feedback or email support@rosterdeck.com. It helps to say which page you were on, the job and date if it relates to one, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot is often the fastest way to show it.

I’m an artist. Who do I contact about a booking or payment?

Accepted Answer

Your agency. Bookings, call times, rates and pay are all handled by the agency that booked you, and RosterDeck never holds or moves money. For a problem with your RosterDeck account or the site itself, use Support in your dashboard or email support@rosterdeck.com.

Does production need a RosterDeck account?

Accepted Answer

No. The agency sends production secure links for cast approval and the digital timesheet, and they open in any browser with no account, password or app.

Question 7

How do I get a copy of my agency’s data, or close the account?

Accepted Answer

Your roster can be exported as a CSV from the Roster page, and bookings and timesheet data can be pulled into Excel or Google Sheets through data links. For a full copy of your data, or to close the account and have it deleted, email support@rosterdeck.com. Some booking and timesheet records are kept for a retention period because they are financial records; the privacy policy sets out how long. Anything already downloaded or sent to your accounting software sits with you and is outside RosterDeck’s control.
