Watch RosterDeck in action: walkthrough and demo videos for UK agencies

These video walkthroughs and demos show you how RosterDeck works on real production days. Each screen recording walks through authentic workflows used by UK talent and supporting artist agencies from casting calls and client availability checks to automatic rate card calculations under PACT/FAA, PACT/Equity, and BBC/Equity agreements.

Each demo breaks down a core part of the agency routine from cast lists sent to production for approval, digital call sheets and on-set timesheet approvals to AI assistance, direct invoicing into Xero or QuickBooks, and e-signatures for cast release forms and NDAs. Production teams work from their own secure link with no account to create, setting call times, signing cast in and out, checking the rate card working behind every chit, and pulling catering numbers, signed documents and exports straight off the page.
