What counts as a booking? One credit is consumed each time a cast member is marked as booked on a specific job date — whether they accept your booking confirmation email or you set the status manually.
What if a booking is cancelled? Credits are refunded automatically when a booking is cancelled — either the cast member declines via their booking confirmation link, or you send them a Cast Release email. The only catch: once you've sent that cast member a call sheet for the job, the credit is committed (the platform has delivered the work), so a later release won't refund.
Do credits expire? Purchased credits do not expire — once you buy them they stay on your account until you spend them. Bigger packs unlock a lower per-credit rate, so it's worth topping up in a bigger chunk when you can. Free credits we grant on signup (or as occasional promos) expire 60 days after they were granted and are always spent before your purchased balance.
Can I get a refund on credits I bought? Credits you haven't spent stay on your account indefinitely, so there's usually no need to refund. If you do need to close your account with a purchased balance still on it, get in touch within 30 days of your most recent purchase and we'll refund the unspent portion of that purchase. Credits already spent on bookings or features are non-refundable.
What about the optional extras? Custom email domain, white-label, SMS reminders, and AI assistant usage are all paid out of the same credit balance — no separate billing. You can toggle them off any time; monthly subscriptions refund in full on the way out.
