Add your NDA, appearance release or contract as a PDF. It stays in your library, ready for every job that needs it.

Mark where cast sign
Place signature, initials, name, date and text fields on the page. Name and date fill themselves in when the artist signs.

Choose the Document Signing template on the Email page, pick up to five documents and the cast on a shoot date, and send.

Artists sign on any phone
Each artist opens their own secure link, types or draws their signature, ticks to agree and confirms. Their signed copy is emailed to them.

Sent with the booking
Documents go out from the same Email page as availability checks and call sheets, to the people booked on that date. Each date then shows how many have signed.
Several documents, one email
Send an NDA and a release together, up to five at a time. Each artist gets one email and one link, signs each document separately, and can reuse the signature they have just given.
Chase only who’s left
Filter a date to the cast still to sign and send to just them. Sending again replaces their old link, so nobody signs from an out-of-date email.
A record of every signature
Every signed PDF ends with a signature certificate, and every download from the Documents page is a zip with an audit trail spreadsheet.
Pay for signatures, not sends
Credits are used only when a document is signed. Uploading, sending, declines and withdrawn requests are free, and a pack is capped per person.
Agency terms when artists join
Ask artists to sign your artist agreement or commission terms when they join your roster. They are emailed automatically if you choose, and they cost nothing.

Their name, the address the signing link was emailed to, and whether they typed or drew their signature.
The timeline
When the request was sent, first opened and signed, and the consent statement the artist ticked.
The device and the seal
The IP address and browser or device used, and the seal of the request’s audit log.
