The whole money cycle in half a minute, in the order it actually happens. Your invoices live in Xero or QuickBooks, not in RosterDeck, so your company details, VAT number and invoice numbering stay where your accountant already looks for them. A shoot date only reaches Send to Xero / QuickBooks once every artist has approved their chit and the timesheet has locked, which is what freezes the money on it. A cast approval is a named list on a job, such as “Featured diners” or “Week 1 crowd”, covering the job dates you choose, and you decide what production can see: cast contact details, and whether they can pull the list into their own Excel or Google Sheets. The request goes from the Email page, where you pick the list, tick the cast on it, add your production contact and preview the email before it sends. Production open their link in a browser with no account to create. They see one card per person with a headshot and the dates that person works, filter by gender, role or status, open a full profile, and export the cast as a PDF or an Excel file.
